Drop Punt-Punt Road Action Group
The Punt Road Action Group is a community group dedicated to the removal of the Punt Road Public Acquisition Overlay (PAO). This overlay has been a burden on the Punt Road land owners for over 70 years now. Using the 70-year milestone, we were able to stage a protest and generate coverage on 7 News Melbourne, a story in The Age and, the pinnacle of the campaign, a story on the ABC’s flagship current affairs program, 7.30.
